This product is a design consultation fee for custom jewelry projects.
Custom orders must begin with communication to confirm style direction and budget alignment before any production begins.

Orders placed without prior discussion may be canceled and refunded.

What This Design Fee Includes

This design process is image-guided, not based on technical drawings.

Instead of formal sketches, we use curated reference images to align on:

• Overall design style and aesthetic direction

• Key elements and symbolic details

• Proportions, structure, and wearing feel

This approach allows for clearer communication, realistic expectations, and a smoother custom experience.

Design Process

1. Inquiry & Alignment
   After purchase, you will be contacted to discuss your ideas, budget range, and intended piece.

2. Curated Design Directions
   You will receive up to three curated design directions, presented through reference images that reflect possible styles, elements, and forms.

3. Refinement
   If one direction resonates, you may provide feedback for up to two rounds of refinement to finalize the concept.

4. Confirmation
   Once the design direction is approved, final pricing is confirmed and production may proceed.

Important Notes

• Reference images are used to communicate style, mood, and direction, not to replicate an exact design.

• Final details may evolve during production while remaining true to the approved concept.

• This fee covers design consultation and concept development only.

Design Fee Policy

• If none of the proposed design directions are suitable, the design fee may be refunded.

• If a design direction is approved and moves forward, the design fee will be applied toward the final custom order.

• Design fees are non-refundable once production has begun.

Budget Transparency

Custom projects are created within a pre-agreed budget range.
Final pricing may vary slightly based on materials and complexity, with any difference discussed and settled before production.
