Orders are made after purchase and typically require 1–2 weeks for processing before shipment.
Processing time may vary slightly depending on order volume or the nature of the design.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship orders via Stallion Express.
Depending on the destination, parcels are delivered through trusted carriers such as USPS (for U.S. orders) or other reliable local carriers within Canada.
Carrier selection may vary to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Tracking Information
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States Orders
For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable duties and import taxes are prepaid and included in the product price.
U.S. customers will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

International orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
