Returns

We do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange instead of a return, subject to the conditions below.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are !FINAL SALE! and NOT eligible for returns or refunds.

If your custom item arrives with a quality-related issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.


Damages & Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at arielspearlcanada@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photos or additional information before approving an exchange or replacement.


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered as an alternative to returns and are subject to availability.

Price Differences

  • If you exchange for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.

  • If you exchange for an item of lower value, the price difference is non-refundable and may be issued as store credit at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and may apply to exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale item


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, except for custom or personalized items, which are exempt from this regulation.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.


Refunds (Quality Issues Only)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund or replacement is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
